We will retain customer data in accordance with a customer’s instructions,
including any applicable terms in the end-user license agreement and
customer’s use of Services functionality, and as required by applicable
law. The deletion of customer data and other use of the Services by
customer may result in the deletion and/or de-identification of certain
associated Other Information. We may retain other information pertaining
to you for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy
Policy. This may include keeping your other information after you have
deactivated your account for the period of time needed for us to pursue
legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with (and
demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes, and
enforce our agreements.

to limit the use and disclosure of your data, you can use our service
without signing up for an account — although this will prevent you from
using the service fully. As Screen, Inc. is subject to the investigatory
and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), you have the
possibility, under certain conditions, to invoke binding arbitration.
Screen, Inc. may be required to disclose personal information in response
to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national
security or law enforcement requirements. Screen, Inc. shall remain liable
if its agent processes such personal information in a manner inconsistent
with the Privacy Shield Principles, unless proven that it is not
responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

When someone requests data deletion, we remove them from our database entirely. Users can also delete their accounts themselves from within the app/website.
