Transcend automates fulfillment of data subject requests by orchestrating data across dozens of disparate data systems - internal databases, SaaS tools, and third-party vendors. This integration allows Slack customers to automate data subject requests in the Slack platform, delivering a more robust data privacy solution to companies and their end-users. More specifically, Transcend can programmatically find and redact personal data in your Slack workspaces. Ultimately, this helps modern teams comply with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA, and puts individuals in the driver's seat when it comes to their personal data.

The data may be deleted 30 days after the contract ends, at the latest, with the exception of data that is required to establish proof of a right or a contract, which will be stored for the duration provided by enforceable law
