Data retention policy
We retain customer data only for as long as it is necessary to provide our services effectively. User data is deleted within 10 days of their subscription end date. This ensures that no unnecessary data is retained in our systems.
Data archiving and removal policy
Data is not archived once a user terminates their subscription from our app. Instead, all user data is permanently deleted immediately. This policy guarantees that user data is removed promptly and securely. A Customer can requests that their data be removed at any time, we require10 business days to complete the request.
Data storage policy
All customer data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption methods while the user is connected to our app. Data is stored in geographically distributed data centers to ensure high availability and disaster recovery. Our data centers comply with the highest security standards, including SOC 2 certifications. However, once a user disconnects, all associated data is deleted within 10 days.

When someone request for Managr to delete personal data, we have a multi step procedure for handling this. First, we immediately delete all slack data that we have stored. Then we que batches of records for said customer and mark each batch for deletion. This process in total can take up to 10 business days.
