Data retention policy
We store customer data till the customer organisation is paying for the service. If a customer stops paying for the service, we will delete all their data permanently 3 months after the last payment. The 3 month window helps customers export all their data even after payments have stopped.

Data deletion request procedure
When someone requests for deletion of personal data, we directly talk to the organisation administrators to ensure this person is not part of the org any more. If so, we will delete all personal data -- although it is possible the org has a copy of the person's data in the form of exports taken in the past.
If a person is still part of the org, their data cannot be deleted since we are a system of record for organisations, and personnel data is covered under their employment agreements.
